Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the tutoring services provided by Sydney Tutoring Academy (“STA”, “we”, “us”). By enrolling a student, booking a free assessment, or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully and contact us if anything is unclear.

• A place is confirmed once we have received your enrolment details and agreed on a class schedule.
• The free assessment helps us recommend the most suitable program. It carries no obligation to enrol.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and student information so we can deliver the service effectively.

• Tutoring fees are communicated at enrolment and are strictly payable per term.
• Flexible payment schedules can be negotiated upon request prior to the commencement of the term.
• Fees must be paid by the agreed due date to keep a student’s place. We will always give reasonable notice of any fee changes.

• No refunds are given for missed or cancelled lessons.
• We will offer make-up classes for missed sessions. These make-up classes must be taken within the same week and strictly within the current term.
• Classes cannot be carried over to the next term under any circumstances.
• It is the student’s responsibility to attend classes on time, inform us promptly of any delays or absences, and accept the make-up class times offered.

We are committed to a respectful, supportive learning environment. We ask students to attend on time, engage with set work, and treat tutors and peers with courtesy. We reserve the right to discontinue services where conduct repeatedly disrupts the learning of others.

All learning materials, worksheets and resources we provide remain the intellectual property of Sydney Tutoring Academy and are supplied for the personal use of the enrolled student only. They may not be copied, resold or redistributed without our written permission.

We collect personal information only to provide and improve our tutoring services and to communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. You may request access to, or correction of, the information we hold by contacting us at sydneytutoringacademy@gmail.com.

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. While we work hard to support strong results, academic outcomes depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee specific marks or ATAR results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown below.
